Scope of Work: Site sampling at PSTD-registered Temporarily Out of Use and Permanently Out of Use UST facilities across Oklahoma — hollow-stem auger soil borings, vapor monitoring wells, and lab analysis (BTEX 8021B, TPH GRO/DRO)
Pricing Basis: PSTD Reasonable and Customary Unit Cost Rates — mobilization/demobilization, drill and continuous sample, methanol preservation, waste profile and landfill processing fees
Contract Period: Statewide contract active through February 12, 2030
