What the gig needs

We are seeking quotes for one automatic electronic date/time stamp machine for the intake counter at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Clerk's Office.

Quantity and Brand: Provide one RapidPrint or equivalent automatic electronic date/time stamp machine.
Ink and Function: The machine must use blue ink and have an automatic electronic date/time roller.
Upper Die Plate: Two lines above the roller must read “US Court of Appeals” and “Federal Circuit.”
Lower Die Plate: One line below the roller must read “RECEIVED” in all capitals and a larger font than the upper lines.
Custom Configuration: If custom die plates are not standard, state availability and any added cost or lead-time impact.
