Mobilization: Project manager onsite within 12 hours and monitoring operations ready within 24 hours of activation
Field Services: Monitor debris loading, hauling, staging, processing, and disposal activities; certify trucks and trailers; validate loads; and manage load tickets
Staffing: Provide project management, field and tower monitors, supervisors, GIS and data personnel, invoice analysts, and administrative support
Documentation: Maintain photographs, location records, daily production reports, electronic data, quality-control records, and invoice reconciliation
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates inclusive of travel, lodging, meals, equipment, overhead, and profit
Term: One-year initial term with three optional one-year renewals
