We are seeking proposals to lease, operate, and redevelop overnight accommodations and other services on approximately 150 acres at Caneel Bay within Virgin Islands National Park.
Lease Term: The lease term is up to 60 years.
Site Visits: Site visits are scheduled for June 4 and 5, 2026, with RSVP details in the RFP.
Submission Method: Responses must be submitted electronically through the process specified in the RFP.
