We are seeking quotes for purchase and installation of an Onity Trillium Lock System upgrade at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Michigan.
Scope of Work: Supply and install a brand-name-only Onity Trillium Lock System (CLIN 0001 components, CLIN 0002 installation) at Alpena CRTC.
Brand Requirement: Onity Trillium is the only acceptable product; this is a brand-name-only acquisition with full and open competition under NAICS 332510.
Site Visit: One organized site visit was held 16 June 2026 at Building 2 Conference Room, Alpena CRTC; no additional site visits will be conducted.
Site Access Form: Vendors attending the site visit must submit the Entry & Access List (EAL) Form to the Contracting Officer at least 10 days before the visit or risk being denied access.
Funding Status: Funds are not presently available; award is contingent on funding becoming available.
Quote Validity: Quotes must remain valid through 30 September 2026.
