Base Scope: Provide all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and plant needed to repair the airfield lighting system.
Required Brands: Use Cummins power generation, Monaco controls, and Best Key locks for compatibility with existing systems.
Option Work: Options cover installing the AMP 3 Landing Zone, installing a powered vertical lift gate, and milling and overlaying an asphalt road.
Performance Period: Complete all work, inspection, and punch-list items within 510 calendar days after notice to proceed.
Site Visit: A pre-proposal conference and site visit will begin at noon local time on July 15, 2026, with advance registration and base-access forms required.
Compliance: Offerors must be registered in SAM, and large businesses must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan with their offer.
