What the gig needs

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY FROM THE SOW The customer mentioned has a requirement for the renovation of secure facility B1049. The primary objective of this project is to construct a newly enclosed storage space 25 feet x 25 feet, featuring a mezzanine above. Prior to the start, contractor shall remove existing Space Saver storage system in its entirety. Access to the Mezzanine will be provided by a metal staircase.

The lower storage is designated for miscellaneous equipment storage, while the mezzanine will accommodate small to medium electronic devices. Additionally, four (4) opaque skylights will be installed. Modify and relocate utilities as necessary. The contractor shall encompass, without limitation, the following responsibilities: performing field verifications; supplying all necessary labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses; and executing the project construction in full compliance with the specifications detailed in the project's SOW.
