We are seeking quotes for relay assembly repair at the contractor's facility.
Repair Time: The Government requires a repair turnaround time of 162 days from asset receipt to Government acceptance.
Inspection: Government Source Inspection and final Government inspection and acceptance are required.
Asset Reporting: Receipt and other transactions must be accurately reported in the Commercial Asset Visibility system by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt.
Freight Terms: Freight is FOB Origin and will be handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work.
Quote Details: Quotes must include unit and total prices, turnaround time, capacity constraints if applicable, CAGE information, and teardown and evaluation pricing for items beyond repair.
Late Repairs: Unexcused failure to meet the required turnaround time will result in the quoted per-unit, per-month price reduction.
