Term: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028, with possible annual renewals
Weekly service: Six 4-cubic-yard containers, picked up once per week Monday through Friday
Bi-weekly service: Two 2-cubic-yard containers, picked up every other week Monday through Friday
Roll-off containers: Seven 40-cubic-yard open-top roll-offs on site for the full term, serviced as needed Monday through Friday with no monthly rental fee
Service hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT on agreed collection days
Requirements: Containers must be leak-proof, lidded, insect/rodent resistant, clean, maintained, and replaced if needed
