This procurement is a 100% set-aside for verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses [SDVOSBs].
The Department of Veterans Affairs [VA], Veterans Health Administration [VHA], Regional Procurement Office Central [RPOC], is issuing this RFQ to obtain Insurance Entry and Verification [IV] Buffer Support Services for Consolidated Patient Account Center [CPAC] Revenue Operations [RO] locations nationwide. The VA seeks commercial services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement [PWS]. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to perform the required services. All interested and responsible SDVOSB concerns are invited to submit quotations for the services described in the attached PWS.
