We are seeking quotes for the provision and delivery of one heavy-duty off-road SUV at the U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco.
Vehicle Scope: Provide one four-wheel-drive, body-on-frame heavy-duty SUV for travel across paved roads, sand, gravel, rocky tracks, and steep gradients.
Off-Road Features: The SUV must have low-range gearing, differential-locking or equivalent traction technology, and heavy-duty axles, transfer case, and driveline components.
Performance Needs: The engine and transmission must perform reliably in high heat, sand, remote areas, under heavy loads, during extended idling, and on long trips.
Dealer Requirement: Only official authorized dealers may submit quotations.
Delivery Period: Delivery time will be evaluated, with delivery preferably within 45 days after order issuance.
Quote Compliance: Submit a firm-fixed-price electronic quote, SF-1449, pricing section, and required representations and certifications, with VAT listed separately.
