Work Schedules: The project will be divided into multiple work schedules and contract options.
Business Eligibility: Only certified small business concerns may submit bids.
Project Value: The entire project is expected to cost between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000.
Registration Compliance: Contractors must maintain active SAM registration when submitting an offer and at award, complete annual representations and certifications, and file the required annual VETS-4212.
Award Condition: Contract award and notice to proceed are subject to receipt of permits.
