We are seeking quotes for plumbing repairs at the Phoenix Rearing Facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
Scope of Work: Repair and replace plumbing systems addressing backed-up sinks, urinal backups, recurring drain and vent clogs, and persistent odors in the QC clean lab sink area.
Affected Areas: South and north men's restrooms, maintenance shop sink, mechanical room, outdoor drains, vents, and QC clean lab.
Facility Details: 69,000 sq ft, one-story building constructed in 1973 and renovated in 1994.
