No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. AMENDMENT 3: Solicitation reopened to change the solicitation to full and open competition, allowing all businesses to quote on this project. Additionally, a new site visit is set for 14 SEP 26 at 10:00 AM MDT. Vendors are required to respond by 11 SEP 26 at 2:00 PM MDT to attend the site visit. All vendors will meet at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) located 4600 Randall Ave, F.E.
