We are looking for pricing for orthotic equipment and services at Mexia State Supported Living Center, 540 Chapel Dr.
Services: Evaluate individuals for orthotic equipment needs and proper fit
Products: Provide, make, modify, and repair ankle/foot orthoses, insoles, shoe inserts, orthopedic footwear, and specialized helmets
Clinic Schedule: Conduct regularly scheduled on-site orthotic clinics, typically monthly, for evaluations and follow-up
Hours: Services are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
Response Times: Respond to standard service calls within 4 hours and emergency on-site requests within 1 hour
Requirements: Provider should have relevant orthotic service experience, trained personnel, applicable licenses/accreditations, and required insurance coverage
