Inspection acceptance: Supplies are subject to the stated fixed-price inspection and acceptance requirements.
Delivery terms: Delivery is FOB destination, and compliance with the required delivery date is expected.
Quote deadline: Quotes are due August 7, 2026, and pricing is presumed valid for 60 days unless another period is specified.
