Amendment to Solicitation The amendment to this soliciation is to extend the deadline for proposals to 08/17/2026 3pm (PST) to allow more time for techincal authority to respond to questions. All other requirements remain the same. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to remove old flooring and baseboards, prepare the sub-surface, and install approximately 760 square feet of new commercial carpet tile and 160 linear feet of new cove base board. Contractor shall provide Coast Guard Northwest District with carpet samples of appropriate pattern/color that can be selected at time of award.

The contract type will be firm fixed price purchase order. Site Visit and Location: A site visit shall be mandatory for all interested offerors. Each offeror is required to visit the site to be able to provide the government with an accurate and competitive proposal. All interested offerors must arrive no later than five minutes prior to the start time.
