Commercial Services: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for nonpersonal Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physician services in support of Government-operated healthcare facilities throughout the Phoenix Area. This acquisition is conducted using FAR Part 12 commercial services procedures under the HHS Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. � 47), and HHSAR Subpart 326.6.
