What the gig needs

VHA is seeking to lease approximately 14,719 minimum to 15,719 maximum, American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space in an existing Clinical/Medical space in Tarrant County, Texas. This procurement is for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for Veterans. The property shall include at least 138 on-site surface parking spaces. Space must be available for occupancy by July 2027.

The proposed period of performance is twenty-years (20), with ten-years firm term.
