Technical Documents: Manufacturing must follow the specified IRPOD, drawings, technical data, standards, and document revisions.
Inspection: Supplies are subject to fixed-price inspection and government acceptance requirements.
Export Controls: Technical documents are NOFORN and may be transmitted to foreign governments or nationals only with prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval.
Small Business: This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
Quote Deadline: Quotes are due August 7, 2026, and must state the pricing validity period if other than 60 days.
Delivery Compliance: The contractor must meet the required delivery date and obtain approval for technical deviations or nonconforming materials.
