The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building) with a corresponding small business size standard of $45.0 Million. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
The Contractor shall provide all labor equipment and materials to renovate Silver Wings, B308. Work includes a total refresh of equipment and options for upgrading the area with additional seating (window counter, patio), paint, flooring, window tinting and shades. The wall that divides the service area and kitchen will be moved forward to create a small hallway, allowing for more room in the kitchen and prep area. Seating will also be moved onto the patio area outside to increase seating capacity.
