The US Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for a Brand Name Norbit Winghead X series Multibeam Echo Sounder with PORTUS universal, transportable gunnel mounting system or Equal All vendors who can meet this requirement have a valid SAM UEI Number and are registered in the System for Award Management are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Patrick Anderson, at Patrick_anderson@ios.doi.gov no later than 09:00AM Eastern, Friday, September 18, 2026.
