This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 13 Mar 2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement dated 07 May 2026. Refer to the FAR and DFARS for this information at www.acquisition.gov. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) has a requirement for five (5) single-side individually ventilated cage (IVC) systems to be used in the vivarium to house breeding mice used on approved and funded animal research projects. System and associated items must meet or exceed all minimum required features and characteristics specified in Attachment 1 Specifications.
