We are seeking quotes for repair of an alternating current motor at the contractor's facility.
Repair scope: Repair the motor using contractor repair and overhaul standards, manuals, directives, drawings, tooling instructions, and approved repair standards.
Repair timeframe: The Government seeks a repair turnaround time of 427 days from contractor receipt to Government acceptance.
Inspection: Government Source Inspection and final Government inspection and acceptance are required.
Asset reporting: Report receipt and other transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt.
Freight terms: Freight is handled by the Navy and is FOB Origin.
Option quantity: The Government may add an option quantity at the stated unit price within 365 days after award.
