Design References: The motor must match the listed CAGE and reference numbers, including 51802 A-445-299 REV -3 and 10941 350-445-011 or 999-6520-A-003 REV B Item 200.
Item Marking: Physically identify the motor in accordance with MIL-STD-130 Revision N.
Inspection: Material inspection, packaging inspection, and final acceptance will be performed at the source.
Small Business: This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 332919.
Facility Changes: Work at a production facility other than the one named in the contract requires prior written Contracting Officer approval.
Electronic Invoicing: Submit the invoice and receiving report electronically as a combined document through PIEE WAWF.
