We are looking for pricing for mortality resources and services across Texas, including trailer storage within 125 miles of Waco, Texas, and statewide emergency deployment support.
Storage: Secure, covered, well-lit fenced storage for four 32-foot mortuary trailers, plus lockable space for supplies and equipment
Trailer support: Maintain, inspect, repair, tow, and deploy trailers and related equipment as needed
Response time: Deploy equipment and supplies within 24 hours of notice; prepare strike team resources within 24 hours and be en route within 48 hours
Staffing: Maintain at least four strike teams, each with two licensed funeral directors and two qualified non-licensed funeral service personnel
Services: Support remains recovery, storage, transport, identification, re-casketing, embalming, cremation, reburial, and family-facing coordination
Reporting: Provide quarterly maintenance/temperature logs, daily situation reports during deployments, and final incident reports
Term: Expected start January 1, 2027, through August 31, 2027, with possible annual renewals
