AMENDMENT 0005 (Issued 31 July 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate revised documents for the IDIQ SOW, Mock Seed Project SOW, and Pricing Schedule. Administrative Updates: This amendment modifies the solicitation to update the CLIN structure, revise the method for satisfying the guaranteed minimum, and complete necessary fill-ins in Sections A, B, F, and I. 2.
