We are seeking quotes for furnishing, installing, testing, and commissioning a turnkey multi-carrier in-building cellular repeater system at Joint Force Headquarters, Camp Chamberlain, Augusta, Maine.
Scope of Work: Replace failed system with a complete DAS headend/controller solution providing 5G and LTE coverage for Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile across approximately 100,000 sq ft, integrating with existing passive infrastructure.
Compliance Required: All equipment must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant; contractor must obtain carrier rebroadcast agreements and FCC registrations prior to system activation.
Post-Install Testing: Contractor must perform post-installation grid testing to validate the system meets approved commercial carrier standards and provide a one-year system warranty.
Site Visit: A pre-proposal site visit was held on 15 July 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT at Camp Chamberlain; registration and photo ID were required for base access.
