We are seeking quotes for marine boatyard and industrial support services at San Diego-area Naval facilities and other listed Southern California Navy locations.
Work Scope: Provide management, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and facilities for modifications, upgrades, service-life extensions, maintenance, and repairs.
Covered Vessels: Service non-commissioned boats, barges, craft, lighterage, LCUs, service craft, associated systems, and ancillary support equipment.
Repair Locations: Perform pierside repairs at Naval Base San Diego, NAS North Island, NAB Coronado, Imperial Beach, San Clemente Island, Seal Beach, or NSWC Port Hueneme.
Quality System: Have a SWRMC-approved quality system compliant with NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04 in place at contract award; MSRA or ABR status is not required.
Compliance: Use the latest references, specifications, and NAVSEA Standard Items and comply with applicable FAR, DFARS, and NMCARS requirements.
Contract Term: The total small business set-aside will result in a multiple-award IDIQ contract with five 12-month ordering periods.
