Service Scope: Provide non-personal health surveillance services for all U.S. Army in Europe local national employees.
Physician Licensing: Examinations must be performed by qualified physicians fully licensed to practice medicine in the Tuscany Region.
Required Credentials: Physicians must maintain current Occupational Health Surveillance (Medico Competente) credentials under Article 38 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
Legal Compliance: Services must comply with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, revision November 2020, including future updates and revisions.
Employment Conditions: Services must follow the Conditions of Employment for Local National Employees of the U.S. Armed Forces in Italy effective November 1, 2018, including future updates and revisions.
