Source Details: List each line item's country of origin and, if applicable, the manufacturer's name, location, and business size.
Quality Certification: The manufacturer and prime vendor must each have an ISO 9001 certificate and a QA Manual updated within three years.
Site Visit: The manufacturer and prime vendor must both have completed a site visit.
Required Provisions: Submit completed provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 with the offer.
Quote Deadline: Submit quotes by August 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM EDT with pricing, FOB point, CAGE Code, contact details, business size, applicable GSA contract number, and preferred payment method.
