This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 5, FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), located at Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Revolutionary FAR Overhaul July 1, 2026.
