What the gig needs

We are looking for a quote on a laboratory roll-to-roll slot-die coating system for delivery to LSU, 3307 Patrick F.

• System: Benchtop modular roll-to-roll slot-die coating system, frame length not over 600 mm, weight not over 35 kg
• Substrates: Flexible substrates up to 180 mm total width with adjustable core cones for 35 mm to 90 mm inner core diameters
• Motion: Forward and reverse operation from 0.05 to 2.8 m/min with speed stability under 3%
• Alignment: Precision slot-die head stage with 0 to 90 degree angular adjustment and micrometer alignment down to 10 microns above substrate
• Fluid Metering: Linear syringe pump, 1 to 60 mL volumes, programmable delivery from 0.01 to 9.5 mL/min
• Materials: Chemically inert tubing and low dead volume couplings suitable for low- and high-viscosity inks and slurries
• Drying: In-line drying module with gas inlet, heating up to 120C, and dedicated exhaust port
• Coating Head: 100 mm active coating width, 316L stainless steel, internal distribution cavity, low surface roughness
