The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for submission of proposals. The solicitation is extended as the VA is preparing the responses for a large number of Requests for Information (RFI). No proposals could be submitted without these responses. The VA did not intend to close the solicitation.
The new submission date is 1:00 PM Friday, September 18, 2026.
