We are seeking quotes for integrated referral management and appointing center services for Defense Health Network Indo-Pacific facilities in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest.
Service Scope: Provide non-personal centralized patient appointing, referral management, and clear and legible report accountability services.
Service Location: Provide services by phone and electronic communications from a location within 25 miles of any U.S. Military Treatment Facility.
Set-Aside: Offerors must be eligible for an 8(a) contract at award, and firms that graduated from the 8(a) Program are ineligible.
DHA Compliance: Services must follow current DHA directives, guidelines, policies, standard business rules, and the Performance Work Statement.
Performance Period: The base period is October 1 through December 31, 2026, followed by options extending through March 31, 2031.
