- Contract Value: The firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract has an estimated total value of JPY 1 billion to JPY 5 billion.
- Seed Projects: Replace roofs at Building 1390 in Yokosuka and cold storage Building 100135 at North Dock, Yokohama.
- Site Visits: Visits are July 9, 2026, at North Dock Yokohama and July 10, 2026, at CFAY, each at 10:00 a.m.
- Business License: Bidders must be authorized and registered to do business in Japan and verify a valid Kensetsu Gyo Kyoka construction license.
- Bid Submission: Submit sealed bids and all required supporting documents electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module by the SF 1442 deadline.
