This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $19 Million.
The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The contractor is required to sign the attached solicitation document and return 1 copy.
