Technical Documents: Manufacturing must follow the applicable IRPOD, drawings, specifications, standards, and required revisions available through the BPMI website.
Deviations: Any technical exception, alternate item, waiver, or delivery extension must be identified and supported with justification and technical data.
Inspection: Supplies are subject to fixed-price inspection and government acceptance requirements.
Quote Deadline: Quotes are due August 7, 2026, and must state the pricing validity period if it is other than 60 days.
