Gel packs: Sonoco ThermoSafe Polar Pack refrigerant gel packs, product 14100-478, 20 oz, 15.700 x 10.900 x 8.900 per UOM, 36.25 lbs, estimated 60 cases annually
Delivery: Provide goods upon request, include ETA after each request, and deliver complete orders by appointment between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, excluding 11:00 AM to noon
Substitutions: Equal products may be considered, but substitutions must be approved before shipping
