We are seeking quotes for heat pump and geothermal circulation pump replacement at Brown v. Board of Education National Historical Park.
Work Scope: Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove, dispose of, and replace existing water-to-water heat pumps and geothermal circulation pumps.
Safety System: Install a refrigerant detection and mitigation system using ventilation and shunt-trip controls for mechanical room ignition sources.
Small Business: This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238220 with a $19 million size standard.
Registration: The contractor must have a UEI and maintain active SAM registration at quote closing, award, and throughout performance.
Site Visit: Site visit details are provided in the solicitation.
Performance: A firm-fixed-price award is expected in July or August 2026, with performance beginning in August 2026 and Shawnee County, Kansas construction wage rates applying.
