The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, requires the purchase, of gym memberships for up to fifty (50) ICE officers assigned to duties away from the federal building. The contractor must be located within a 2-mile radius of the Rancho Bernardo ICE office located at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 315, San Diego, CA 92128. Access to the gym�s portal for managing accounts is preferred.
The anticipated period of performance is from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027 for base year, and with possible two (2) one-year options through September 27, 2029. The Government will award on an all-or-none basis. Evaluation and Award This procurement is being conducted under the procedures of FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation.
