Amendment 0005 dated 11 September 2026: Amendment 0005 hereby extends the proposal due date to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, incorporates questions and answers version 3, and as a result, updates Request for Proposal (RFP) Section 2 - Factor 2: Firm Experience Standard for Evaluation. Both redlined and clean versions of the RFP are provided. Additionally, an updated version of RFP Attachment 3. GLS MAX (Offeror Name) Factor 2 Firm Experience_ Client Account Data is hereby provided.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0004 dated 09 September 2026: Amendment 0004 hereby incorporates questions and answers via AM0004 SF30 uploaded to SAM.GOV.. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003 dated 08 September 2026: Amendment 0003 hereby removes RFP Attachment 5 - INFORM Process.
The INFORM Process is not required and therefore removed from the RFP and deleted from the Section J list of RFP Attachments. Debriefings will follow the procedures in FAR RFO 15.206 and 15.301. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. In addition, please note that the SAM.GOV posting has been revised and the designation as a "Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)" has been removed.
