What the gig needs

We are requesting a quote to supply and deliver grocery items for canteen resale to 17544 Tunica Trace, Angola, LA 70712.

• Non-Dairy Creamer: 2,800 cases of Community Coffee, 11 oz. non-glass cans, 24 cans per case
• Artificial Sweetener: 51,520 boxes of Sweet Mate, Sweet'N Low, or equivalent pink packets; 1 gram per packet, 100 packets per box, and 85–120 boxes per case
• Cube Sugar: 6,000 cases of C&H or equivalent; 1 lb. box, 24 boxes per case; domestic origin and USDA-compliant
• Delivery: As-needed deliveries within 5–7 days of each order, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
• Pricing: Include freight and provide the brand offered, unit pricing, and minimum order quantities
• Term: January 1 through December 31, 2027, with pricing held firm throughout the period
