COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION FY26 Psychological Assessment Tools (PAT) SOLICITATION NUMBER: HT001526RE007 Response Deadline: September 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST I. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HT001526RE007 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Psychological Assessment Tools (PAT) requirement and access to the proprietary Q-Global digital delivery platform.
This acquisition is unrestricted; it is not a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
