The purpose of Amendment #3 is to notify contractors of the date that work needs to be completed on the project and to extend the response date. The purpose of Amendment #2 is to provide responses to contractor questions and provide an end date for questions. See Attachment #5. The Government is extending the closing date at this time to 21 August 2026.

The scope includes fabrication and installation of an ACM backer panel, backlit channel letters, electrical integration, and masonry repair and painting of existing monument signs.
