The proposed contract action is for a complete system package for the ADMET eXpert 4902 2.2kN Capacity Dual Column Electrodynamic Table Top Fatigue Testing System with MTESTQuattro Controller & Software in Support of the Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering Department at the United States Naval Academy in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract with only one source, ADMET, INC., under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
