Scope: Measure, estimate, advise, review, remove, install, and repair fire sprinkler systems and backflow devices
Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair or replace gauges, waterflow switches, tamper switches, piping sections, and related components as needed
System Work: Remove existing pre-action sprinkler systems and convert to wet-pipe sprinkler systems as needed
Alarm Panels: Troubleshoot and reprogram fire alarm control panels to properly monitor and report waterflow switches
Schedule: Regular work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT; 8-hour response for service calls and 1-hour on-site response for emergencies
Requirements: Vendor must be within 100 miles of the facility and provide trained, licensed, insured personnel with at least 3 years of relevant experience
