We are seeking quotes for replacement and installation of emergency exit signs and emergency egress lighting at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt facilities in Joachim-Becher-Straße 19 and Gießener Straße 30, Germany.
Scope of Work: Remove existing fixtures and install new LED exit signs and emergency egress luminaires, including electrical modifications, firestopping, testing, commissioning, and full closeout documentation.
Compliance Standards: Work must comply with NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 101, NFPA 72, UL 924, IBC, OSHA, and German/EU standards including DIN EN 1838, DIN EN 50172/VDE 0108-100, ArbStättV, and ASR A2.3.
Personnel Requirements: Contractor must employ qualified and licensed personnel and demonstrate prior experience in government, diplomatic, institutional, or high-security facilities.
Site Survey Required: Contractor shall conduct a detailed site survey, assess and document existing conditions before work begins.
Security & Access: Strict security and access procedures apply; all activities must be coordinated with facility management and security representatives.
Final Acceptance: Acceptance requires successful testing, correction of all deficiencies, complete closeout documentation, and written approval by the Contracting Officer or Owner Representative.
