This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310. The small business size standard is $12.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Statement of Requirement The U.S. Forest Service at El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) requires services to maintain building HVAC Controllers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition & routine maintenance services. Pricing includes all costs associated with providing HVAC Controller maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer�s warranty including materials, labor, overhead and profit.
The contract will be for a base year, with four one-year optional periods of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
