The provisions and clauses incorporated in this solicitation are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as of the date of issuance. The Export Import Bank of the US (EXIM) intends to procure product Export Business Development Events (Export BDE) Global services. Reference the attached solicitation for details. All costs associated with this requirement must be included in the quoted price.
